About You
- 4 years of experience in Patient Access operations or related fields such as billing and collections.
- Previous experience in scheduling, registration, insurance, billing, collections, or customer service in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant healthcare certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and billing/claims management software.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic ICD 10 and CPT coding.
