About the Role
As a Patient Access Supervisor, you will be responsible for mentoring new hires and existing staff, managing escalated issues, and assisting in planning for registration processes across various departments. You will enforce departmental policies, monitor daily activities, and complete performance reports. Additionally, you will perform all Patient Access functions as needed and act as part of the management team to meet operational goals.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4 plus years experience in a medical facility, health insurance, or related area.
Preferred:
- 2 or 4 year college degree in Business, Accounting, Medical Administration or related area.
- 5 plus years experience in Patient Access.
- 2 plus years in a supervisory or lead role.
