The role requires collaboration with various departments and conducting pre-registration and insurance verification for services. You may also provide coverage to different registration locations based on operational needs.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of six months customer service experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- 2 - 3 years of related work experience preferred.
- Knowledge of third party payers, ICD-9/CPT coding, and medical terminology preferred.
