About the Role
As a Patient Access Trainer, you will be responsible for developing training materials for Scheduling Representatives and Switchboard Operators. You will train new hires on scheduling processes, benefit verification, and customer service protocols. Additionally, you will work with the Benefit and Authorization Department to ensure insurance eligibility is verified and assist in resolving registration errors.
About You
Required:
High School graduate.
3 - 5 years’ experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, and benefit verification.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
