You will also navigate various databases and payment portals to assist patients effectively.
About You
Required:
- 2 years call center experience required.
- 2 years medical billing / insurance verification experience required.
- 1 year successful remote experience required.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Preferred:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish a plus.
