About You
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-6 months of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AHA CPR and patient care skills.
- Completion of State Tested Nursing Aide Training, Acute Medical Surgical Training, Hospital Specific Training, or successful completion of UC Health competency training for PCAs.
- Ability to complete unit-specific hospital safety education.
- 1-2 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience as a student in an accredited RN program with completed medical surgical or acute care rotation.
