About the Role
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will work in a collaborative environment to assist patients with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and maintain a clean environment in patient rooms. Your responsibilities will include responding to patient call lights, transporting patients for procedures, and supporting quality patient care.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Nursing Assistant or 6 months of experience as a Patient Care Assistant or Nurse Tech, or completion of at least 1 clinical rotation in Nursing School, or enrollment in the Trinity Health Muskegon PCA program.
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups representing diverse perspectives.
