About the Role
As a Patient Care Associate (PCA), you will work under the direction of a registered/licensed nurse (RN) as part of an interdisciplinary health care team. Your responsibilities will include providing clinical support to ensure patient safety and comfort, assisting with daily living activities, and contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment.
About You
Required:
- Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT, or equivalent experience.
- Completion of fundamentals of nursing with a clinical component for nursing students.
Preferred:
- Nursing students enrolled in BSN programs or direct-entry Masters’ programs.
