About the Role
As a Patient Care Associate, you will provide assistance with activities of daily living, care for the patient’s environment, and meet other needs as required. You will work as part of a team to create a home-like setting and ensure high-quality care. Responsibilities include recognizing and responding to patient needs, documenting care in electronic medical records, and facilitating life enrichment activities.
About You
Required:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required in good standing upon hire for RSU PCA.
- Fluent English skills required – verbal and written.
- Computer literacy required.
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification is preferred in good standing upon hire or current enrollment in a nursing school, having completed first clinical experience.
- Must complete mandatory HSL/HRC educational requirements and programs.
- Pass PCA skills test with 70% or greater.
