As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for making a positive first impression, welcoming patients, maintaining accurate patient records, answering incoming calls, sorting emails, and keeping the front desk organized. You will also coordinate other office responsibilities as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
About You
Required:
- 3 years of proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- A high school diploma.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer).
- Desire to help patients.
