About the Role
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting patients, answering telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, gathering patient and insurance information, verifying and entering patient demographics into EMR, and preparing insurance claims. You will also maintain a clean workspace and perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to maintain patient and practice confidentiality.
