About the Role
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting patients, answering telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, gathering patient and insurance information, verifying and entering patient demographics into EMR, and maintaining a clear understanding of insurance plans. You will also prepare insurance claims, collect payments, and ensure a clean workspace while performing other duties as assigned by the manager.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to maintain patient and practice confidentiality.
