About the Role
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the face of our retail clinics, responsible for welcoming patients, managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, processing patient information, and maintaining office operations. You will also uphold HIPAA standards and support the clinic in achieving revenue goals by attracting new patients.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
