About the Role
As a Patient Care Liaison, you will be responsible for escorting and transporting patients safely, ensuring their comfort, and providing medical reception support. Your daily tasks will include checking in patients, verifying insurance information, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will work closely with clinical staff to support patient care and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- One year of experience in a medical office or ambulatory care setting.
Preferred:
- One-year training in medical office/recent ambulatory care experience.
- Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology.
- Strong communication skills with Radiologists and Providers.
