- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 - 2 years EMR experience in a medical setting preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks under pressure.
