About the Role
As a Patient Care Representative, you will be responsible for greeting patients, collecting necessary copayments, assisting with the iPad check-in process, and maintaining patient confidentiality. You will collaborate with technologists and radiologists to ensure efficient patient flow, process mail deliveries, and prepare for upcoming appointments. Additionally, you will handle patient inquiries and support customer care operations.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma required.
- Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency required.
- Attention to detail and typing accuracy required.
- Proven ability to multi-task and exceed customer expectations.
Preferred:
- Medical office or healthcare administration courses preferred.
- Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and insurance requirements is preferred.
