About the Role
As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will assist nursing staff in delivering care, perform delegated basic patient care services, and maintain a clean and safe environment. Your responsibilities will include collecting and recording patient data, supporting patients with daily activities, and ensuring effective communication within the healthcare team. You will also participate in performance improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.
About You
Required:
- 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program.
- BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire.
Preferred:
- CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Certified Patient Care Technician (CPCT).
