- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in a healthcare setting.
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time face-to-face customer service experience.
- Matriculation in a Nursing Program.
