Summary

About the Role
As a Patient Care Technician, you will provide patient care based on physical, psychosocial, education, safety, and related criteria appropriate to the age of the patients served. Your responsibilities will include ensuring effective and safe patient outcomes, ongoing communication with patients and healthcare team members, taking initiative to improve job performance, and participating in interdisciplinary collaboration for patient care plans.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Patient Care Technician program, or equivalent medical background experience.
Preferred:
- Experience or certification in phlebotomy and checking EKG, vital signs, and blood sugar.
- At least one year of PCT or CNA experience in a hospital setting.
