About the Role
As a Patient Care Technician, you will deliver one-on-one dialysis care to patients with kidney disease, monitor and record vital signs, set up dialysis machines, and observe treatment. You will support patients physically and emotionally throughout their care, educate them on dialysis-related topics, and collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
About You
Required:
- Accredited High School diploma, general education development (GED) credential, or equivalent.
- Comfort working with blood, needles, and medical equipment.
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina for long shifts (up to 12+ hours).
- Flexibility to float between facilities as needed.
Preferred:
- Previous healthcare experience (CNA, MA, Phlebotomy, CHT, BONENT certified).
