About the Role
As a Patient Care Technician, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, monitoring patients during treatment, and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control protocols. You will assist in patient education, perform vital sign checks, and document treatment data accurately. The role also includes training new staff and participating in quality improvement activities.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Must meet CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements.
Preferred:
- Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or a related facility preferred.
- Successful completion of the organization dialysis training program and CPR certification.
