About the Role
As a Patient Care Technician, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, monitoring patients during treatment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will assist in patient education, perform vital sign checks, and document treatment parameters accurately. The role also includes maintaining a clean working environment and participating in quality improvement activities.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Must meet Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services (CMS)-approved state and/or national certification requirements.
Preferred:
- Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or a related facility preferred.
- Successful completion of the organization dialysis training program and CPR certification.
