About the Role
As a Patient Care Technician, you will be responsible for facilitating programming, ensuring the integrity of the therapeutic milieu, and monitoring patient medication self-administration. Your daily tasks will include conducting patient education, documenting observations, coordinating with departments, and assisting patients with various needs. You will also be involved in crisis intervention and driving patients to appointments as necessary.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to monitor self-administered medication with proper competencies.
Preferred:
- Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant, and/or Medication Technician training.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
