About the Role
As a Patient Care Technician, you will be responsible for direct one-on-one patient care, ensuring safe and hygienic dialysis treatment. You will work closely with dialysis RNs and must be comfortable working autonomously while managing complex patient needs. Your role will include monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and applying critical thinking skills to provide comprehensive care.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must show a valid and active CCHT certification on the NNCC website.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
Preferred:
- Training/Teaching/Healthcare Education background.
