You will also mentor other Clinical Associates and ensure effective communication with patients and medical staff.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 24 months of experience in a nurse associate or PCT role at Bayview.
- Certification from the Maryland Board of Nursing as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or higher nursing license.
- BLS certification from AHA, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network.
Preferred:
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret routine data.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.
