About the Role
As a Patient Care Technician, you will spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care, providing safe and hygienic dialysis treatment. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, and work closely with a cross-functional team of clinicians. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, with shifts starting as early as 4:00 AM and varying based on patient needs.
About You
Required:
- Desire to enter the health care field to care for others.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working around blood and needles.
- Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred:
- Health care experience including BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.
