As a Patient Communication Center Specialist II, you will be responsible for using an automated dialer to collect payments on past due balances, resolving patient inquiries about billing, confirming medical appointments, and assisting new patients with registration and scheduling. You will also handle escalated calls and maintain a predictable attendance schedule.
About You
Required:
- 1+ years of call center experience.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Preferred:
- 1+ year experience using various call center software such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Telephony systems.
- 6+ months of experience in collections or a related financial field.
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish.
