About the Role
As a Patient Concierge Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments, maintaining account folders, communicating with referring offices, and ensuring patients are cleared for diagnostic tests. You will also collect and enter patient demographic and insurance information, demonstrate competency in job-related skills, and adhere to departmental policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma.
- 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of insurance plans.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
