You will also conduct reminder calls and ensure that patient records are accurate and up to date.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle patient inquiries.
Preferred:
- Medical receptionist experience.
- Knowledge of EMR scheduling software.
- Familiarity with EPIC software.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software.
