About the Role
As a Patient Coordinator, you will prioritize patient satisfaction by greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, documenting patient information, and coordinating appointment scheduling. You will also handle patient correspondences, maintain accurate records, and perform various administrative functions to ensure a smooth operation at the front desk.
About You
Required:
- One to two years of administrative experience with at least one year providing administrative support.
- Working knowledge of MS Office package.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to successfully perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
- Proven problem-solving, negotiations, and decision-making skills.
