About the Role
As a Patient Coordinator, you will facilitate patient flow, verify medical and vision insurances, and effectively communicate with patients, doctors, and managers. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, managing patient inquiries, and performing general office duties.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Desire to gain industry knowledge and training.
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees in a courteous, professional manner.
- Commitment to work over 40 hours to meet the needs of the business.
