About the Role
As a Patient Educator, you will teach patients about TMS therapy and their mental health care options, listen with empathy to document mental health symptoms and medication history, support patients emotionally while guiding them through their treatment plan, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure patients feel supported.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role (support, hospitality, sales, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong people skills and ability to build trust naturally
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication
Preferred:
- Additional certifications in customer service, healthcare, or mental health
- Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced, high-emotion environment
- A knack for organization and handling details with care
