About the Role

As a Patient Financial Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Revenue Cycle division by ensuring timely and efficient processes. Your duties will include acting as a subject matter expert, providing on-the-job training, approving adjustments and refunds, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external customers. You will also be involved in process improvements and managing special projects while adhering to ethical standards and core values of CHRISTUS Health.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalency required.
5-7 years of experience in a relevant field.

Preferred:

Post High School education.
Experience in a multi-facility hospital business office environment.
