TouchPoint Support Services is seeking a Patient Flow Coordinator (Full Time) to join their team at Ascension Seton Medical Center Williamson in Round Rock, TX. The role involves coordinating and monitoring patient transportation services.
About the Role
As a Patient Flow Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective daily coordination and monitoring of Patient Transportation services activities through timely and accurate dispatch and management of customer transportation requests and efficient assignments of transport personnel. You will continuously monitor and improve departmental performance, resolve complaints, ensure compliance with policies, and motivate staff to achieve maximum productivity.
About You
Required:
- Prior patient experience is preferred.
- Computer knowledge is required.
Preferred:
- Ability to plan, organize, coordinate and direct the activities of transport requests and associates productivity.
- Analytical ability to evaluate task and personnel status.
