About the Role
As a Patient Intake Manager, you will manage and supervise the intake team, develop and improve patient intake procedures, oversee patient registration, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. You will also address patient inquiries, collaborate with other departments, and prepare reports on patient intake metrics.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a strong understanding of patient intake processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA compliance.
- Must have a valid, current U.S. Driver’s License.
- Must have Basic Life Support/CPR certifications.
- Must have a current U.S. Passport.
- Shall be proficient in the ability to speak, write, and communicate in English.
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Healthcare Access Manager) are a plus.
- Experience in managing healthcare intake processes.
