About the Role
As a Patient Observation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily work of Patient Observation Associates, coordinating assignments, communicating with staff and leadership, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You will also complete shift reports and may perform duties of Patient Observation Associates as needed.
About You
Required:
- Prior patient experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform all duties of Patient Observation Associates.
