About the Role
As a Patient Registrar I-Float, you will be responsible for managing the patient registration process, securing financial payments, validating insurance eligibility, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for patients and families, while addressing any concerns or complaints that arise during the registration process.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of nine (9) months of work experience in an office, healthcare, or customer service environment.
- Must pass EPIC competency for Registration at completion of Epic Clerical Training class.
Preferred:
- Experience with patient registration processes and financial guidelines.
- Ability to manage conflict and provide effective communication.
