About the Role
As a Patient Registration Manager, you will supervise and mentor Patient Access staff, manage team schedules, ensure accurate patient registration and insurance verification, monitor workflows for efficiency, and collaborate with HR on employee relations. You will also work closely with Emergency Room leadership and other departments to ensure seamless operations and prepare reports on department performance.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of patient registration processes and insurance verification.
Preferred:
- Experience with performance evaluations and staff development.
- Familiarity with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
