- Ability to quickly navigate and use multiple computer programs including Gmail, MS Word, Google Docs, and Excel.
- US work authorization.
- Proficiency in non-English languages like Spanish, Polish, or Russian.
- Experience helping patients understand their insurance coverage.
- A passion for creating unmatched patient experiences.
- A problem-solving orientation and a flexible, positive attitude.
- Sales background preferred.
- Experience with older adult patient populations.
- CRM experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience navigating the healthcare system, especially related to Medicare.
