About the Role
As a Patient Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a seamless check in/out process for patients, verifying insurance plans, assisting with appointment confirmations, managing multiple phone lines, and collaborating with doctors and team members to enhance patient experiences. You will also have opportunities to cross-train in other office support roles as needed.
About You
Required:
- Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role supporting administrative duties and clerical tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
Preferred:
- Friendly, caring, and patient-centric attitude.
- Computer savvy with excellent oral and written communication skills.
