About the Role
As a Patient Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a seamless check in/out process for patients, verifying insurance plans, assisting with appointment confirmations, managing multiple phone lines, and collaborating with doctors and team members to enhance patient experience. You may also cross-train for other office support roles as needed.
About You
Required:
- Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role supporting administrative duties and clerical tasks.
- Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while providing excellent service.
