About the Role

You will also handle administrative tasks such as filing, auditing encounter forms, and communicating with patients and healthcare providers.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic PC and data entry skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of medical terminology and telephone etiquette.
- Experience in coordinating multiple tasks effectively.
