As a Patient Service Center Rep I, you will be responsible for either financial clearance or scheduling functions, ensuring accurate data collection, verification of patient information, and maintaining high customer service standards. You may also assist with pre-certification processes and provide appointment-related information to callers.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Two years of college or equivalent experience in a customer service-driven environment
- Telephone/call center experience
- Pre-registration and/or scheduling experience
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
