About the Role
As a Patient Service Navigator, you will be responsible for engaging with patients through calls, addressing their needs and complaints, and ensuring they feel supported. You will build relationships with clients and colleagues, utilize various software and tools, and strive to meet Call Center metrics while providing consistent customer service. Additionally, you will participate in training to enhance your knowledge and adhere to company policies.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Strong customer service experience and commitment to being an effective professional team player.
- Time management skills and basic computer proficiency.
Preferred:
- Experience in a call center environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
