- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills needed to process simple payments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to remain flexible and adaptable.
- At least 1-3 years of healthcare administrative experience.
- Computer and software skills (Freesia, EHR, Online Sources, etc.).
- Experience with multi-line telephone and office equipment.
HealthLinc is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health care for the residents of northern Indiana. HeathLinc is dedicated to providing quality medical, dental and behavioral health services without regards for a patient’s ability to pay. HealthLinc accepts Medicaid, Medicare and Private Insurance and for the uninsured, provides services on a sliding fee basis based on income and serves the uninsured and underinsured in Northern Indiana. We strive to take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and pride ourselves on creating a “health care home” for our patients. We now have 12 clinics to better serve our community.
