About the Role

As a Patient Service Rep, you will handle telephone calls from patients and staff, perform receptionist duties with attention to detail, verify health insurance payment information, collect payments, and perform data entry of service charges. You will also coordinate with the Central Billing Office to ensure all charges are captured and properly collected.
