- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with practice management/medical billing computer programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and document actions.
- Some college education preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly valued.
- Ability to adapt to change and develop applicable policies and procedures.
