About the Role
As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the key point of contact for patients, responsible for greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, and maintaining accurate records in the EPIC system. You will help create a welcoming environment that supports quality care and a positive patient experience.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in EPIC or similar EMR systems.
