You will also ensure effective communication over the phone and uphold safety and infection control measures while striving for continuous quality improvement in a healthcare setting.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one year experience in a customer service setting, preferably six months receptionist experience in a healthcare setting.
- Computer skills and good telephone communication skills.
