About the Role
As a Patient Service Representative (PSR), you will be the first and last impression for our patients, responsible for greeting and checking in patients, verifying insurance eligibility, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming front desk area. You will collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely patient care and support operational tasks as needed.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Preferred:
- Medical front desk or healthcare administrative experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in insurance verification, EMR scheduling, and payment collection preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
